Pet policy: the one-time, non-refundable pet fee schedule is $200 for pets up to 40 pounds and $400 for pets 40 pounds and above. All pets must be approved in writing by the landlord. A maximum of two pets per house are allowed. If you have more than two pets, please call us to discuss your situation.
