You can't beat a house for privacy and space. If you are tired of the apartment complex set-up, call us! We have a long history of satisfied residents who have enjoyed beautiful 3-, 4-, and 5-bedroom homes in nice neighborhoods.
The houses and the leases are designed with students in mind, so everyone has the space they want, and the security they need.
Houses are available for August move-in (unless otherwise noted), but you can secure your home now .

We know you get busy. For your convenience and to reduce the amount of work to be done when the lease expires we now offer a bi-weekly or monthly cleaning service. For students, the service on average is $20 per person per cleaning. For families, the cost will vary by house size. The service is superb and reasonably priced. If you are interested, please sign up here or contact the office for scheduling of a quote.
